Refund Policy for SUMTUB CARGO:

1. Eligibility for Refunds:

a. Delayed Shipments: If your cargo shipment experiences a significant delay beyond the agreed-upon delivery timeframe due to factors within our control, you may be eligible for a refund.

b. Damaged Shipments: In the unfortunate event that your cargo is delivered in a damaged condition and the damage occurred while in our custody, you may be eligible for a refund.

c. Lost Shipments: If your cargo goes missing while in our possession, and all reasonable efforts to locate it are unsuccessful, you may be eligible for a refund.

2. Exclusions:

a. Factors Beyond Our Control: Refunds will not be granted for delays, damages, or losses caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as acts of nature, customs delays, or political instability in the destination country.

b. Improper Packaging: Refunds will not be provided for shipments damaged due to improper packaging by the shipper. It is the shipper's responsibility to ensure proper packaging and securing of the cargo.

c. Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for refunds if the shipment is undeliverable or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the shipper or recipient.

3. Refund Request Process:

a. To request a refund, the shipper or recipient must contact our customer support team within 7 days of the delivery date or the expected delivery date in the case of a lost shipment.

b. The refund request should include the shipment tracking number, details of the issue, and any relevant supporting documentation, such as photographs of the damaged cargo or packaging.

4. Refund Processing:

a. Once a refund request is received, our team will review the claim and investigate the circumstances surrounding the issue.

b. If the claim is found to be eligible for a refund, we will initiate the refund process within 14 business days. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

5. Partial Refunds:

a. In some cases, partial refunds may be granted if only a portion of the cargo was affected by the issue (e.g., partial damage to the shipment).

6. Changes to the Refund Policy:

a. SUMTUB CARGO reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our official website.

By using our cargo services, shippers and recipients agree to comply with this refund policy and acknowledge that any refund requests will be handled in accordance with the terms outlined above. We take pride in our work and strive to ensure that each project meets or exceeds our clients' expectations. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which a refund may be granted for our various services.

1. Video Editing, Animation, Graphics Design, and Website Design Services:

a. Refund Eligibility: Clients may be eligible for a refund on the aforementioned services under the following conditions:

   i. Project Cancellation: If a client chooses to cancel a project before any work has commenced, they may request a full refund of the amount paid for that specific service.

   ii. Unsatisfactory Service: If a client is dissatisfied with the initial concepts or deliverables provided by us, they must communicate their concerns to our team within 7 days of receiving the first draft. We will make reasonable efforts to address their feedback and revise the deliverables. If, despite our efforts, the client remains unsatisfied, a refund for the portion of the service not completed to their satisfaction may be considered.

b. Non-Refundable Services: There are certain situations where refunds will not be granted:

   i. Services Already Rendered: If we have completed the project and delivered the final files, refunds will not be issued.

   ii. Change of Mind: If a client changes their mind about a project after work has begun, they may not be eligible for a full refund. The agency may have the discretion to decide on the amount of the refund, if any, based on the work completed.

2. Consultation Services:

a. Refund Eligibility: Clients may be eligible for a refund on consultation services under the following condition:

   i. Cancellation: If a client decides to cancel a scheduled consultation session at least 24 hours before the agreed-upon time, they may request a full refund of the consultation fee.

b. Non-Refundable Services: Consultation services that have already been provided are non-refundable.

3. Refund Request Process:

a. To request a refund, clients must contact our support team via email at refunds@sumtubcreative.com, clearly stating the reason for their refund request and providing relevant project details.

b. Our team will review the request and respond within 5 business days to discuss the next steps and the refund eligibility.

4. Refund Processing:

a. Once a refund has been approved, we will initiate the refund process within 10 business days. The refund will be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction.
